Speaker Series: Mountain Lions in Pennsylvania with Tom Keller
February 11, 2027 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
“Mountain Lions in Pennsylvania” — Tom Keller Description: Join us in person at Lehigh Gap Nature Center for a Speaker Series presentation from Tom Keller, a Furbearer Biologist with the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
Surrounded by myth, mystery, and rumor, the mountain lion has always lurked in the recesses of our minds wondering whether they’re in the wilds of Pennsylvania still. This presentation will talk about the history of the lion in the Keystone State, answer the question, ‘Do we have mountain lions in Pennsylvania?’, and provide a way to talk about this species separating fact from fiction.
