Get Involved at Lehigh Gap Nature Center

Nature in Art Club

The Nature in Art Club is a free benefit of Lehigh Gap Nature Center membership. Art Club members get early access to art related events and workshops, help to plan our annual art show, sell their artwork at our public community events, and more!

Nature-Minded Senior Sessions

The Nature-minded Senior Sessions seek to bring together LGNC members for fellowship and conversations about nature, conservation, and other topics. Each session includes coffee/tea, refreshments, and time for socializing. This is followed by a brief presentation about a topic of interest and an open forum discussion among the group members. The sessions are held in the Great Hall at the Osprey House on the second Monday of each month from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. There is no fee to attend the session, as it is a benefit of membership with LGNC, and no registration is required to attend.

If you have any questions regarding this group, please email Dan Kunkle at dkunkle@ptd.net for more information. Thanks, we hope to see you there!

Cabin Fever Book Club

The Cabin Fever Book Club meets once a month during the fall and winter months to discuss books on such topics as ecology, environmental history, and environmentalism. Cabin Fever Book Club meetings take place on select Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the dates listed below, and refreshments are provided. Books will be available to borrow at Lehigh Gap Nature Center or purchase on Amazon.com.
