Spring Yoga Session!
Certified Yoga Instructor Stacy Hein will be offering a 9-week “yoga for all” session Mondays, February 10 through April 6 from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. This is a moderately challenging but gentle yoga class. Beginners are welcome, poses can be adapted to fit your level of ability. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before class begins.
Registration for the entire session is encouraged. Space is limited. Cost $8/class for members ($72), $10 for non-members ($90) and $12 for drop-in (if available). Payment due at class – credit card, check, cash accepted. Register Here!
