Sword-bearing Conehead sound (among a chorus of Common True Katydids)
Description: A long and skinny katydid with a pointed head.
Where to look: Sword-bearing Coneheads prefer weedy fields and meadows, although they can sometimes be found in shrubby areas.
Note: Coneheads are excellent ventriloquists, making them difficult to find, even though the sound extremely close.
